    EBB backs French-German road CO2 proposal but seeks renewable-fuel credits

    The European Biodiesel Board welcomed a French-German proposal supporting a 90% tailpipe-emissions reduction target and a new zero-emission vehicle category for vehicles using eligible renewable and low-carbon fuels. EBB said the proposal still omits renewable-fuel credits and urged eligibility to follow the Renewable Energy Directive.
